Not only is our cacao single source, we grow our own fruiting bodies and process our bars in a peanut, tree nut and wheat free environment. We believe it's important to pay attention to how ingredients are sourced and prepared in remedies.

Mushrooms and cacao have an ancient connection and are an excellent combination. We don't use additional ingredients to achieve a particular effect such as sleep or energy because we understand the fungi itself will address whatever is off balance be it body, mind or spirit.
